About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, initiate, and manage software development projects from conception to completion
  2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and designers
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  5. Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively
  6. Maintain stakeholder communication and manage expectations
  7. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations
  8. Facilitate meetings and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Familiarity with software development concepts
  • Experience in technical project management
  • Knowledge of resource planning and budget management
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
