Role Overview
Tech Avenue is seeking enthusiastic and analytical minds for the role of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in AI Engineering. This is an exceptional opportunity for fresh graduates or junior AI engineers(0-1) years’ experience) with a passion for machine learning, data science, and AI development, eager to learn and contribute to real-world AI projects.
As an MTO in AI Engineering, you'll work alongside experienced AI engineers on cutting-edge projects, contribute to AI-powered solutions, and develop your skills in machine learning, deep learning, and data science. High performers will be offered permanent positions as part of our core AI/ML team with competitive salary packages and performance-based increments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AI engineers in data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and model training
- Assist in developing and deploying machine learning and AI-based solutions
- Work with tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and build predictive models
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI modules into applications
- Research emerging trends in AI/ML and contribute to AI model improvement
- Participate in model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization
- Document AI/ML workflows, experiments, and results
- Contribute to data pipeline development and feature engineering
- Assist in deployment of AI models to production environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience (Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, or AI/ML coursework are encouraged to apply)
- Prior internship or academic project experience in AI/ML is preferred
- Participation in hackathons, or AI research projects is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Python programming and machine learning algorithms
- Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)
- Good grasp of data handling and visualization using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Basic knowledge of deep learning concepts (neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs)
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook and data science workflows
- Basic understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and calculus
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and cross-validation techniques
- Knowledge of Git for version control is a plus
